Write better eBay, Vinted, Depop and Etsy listings in seconds
The NexusHub Selling Assistant is a free AI listing writer for people who sell online. Type what you're selling, add a few photos or scan the barcode, and Nexus AI writes a search-friendly title, a clear description, item specifics, keywords, an eBay HTML template and a social media post. Everything is ready to copy and paste into your marketplace.
SEO titles that get found
Keyword-first titles sized for each marketplace, like eBay's 80 characters, with three alternative titles to test. Built to help buyers find your item in search.
Honest, professional descriptions
Clear sections for features, condition, what's included and delivery. Nexus AI only uses the facts you give it and never invents specs, so your listing stays accurate.
Free eBay HTML templates
Turn any listing into a polished eBay description template with 11 designs, from Clean White to Black & Gold. Preview it on desktop or mobile and copy the HTML.
Barcode lookup
Scan or type a barcode (EAN or UPC) and the item name, brand, model and category are filled in for you, ready to confirm.
AI product images
Selling a digital item, a gift card or something without a photo yet? Create a clean product shot or cover image with Nexus AI.
Social posts and captions
Get a ready-made caption for Facebook, Instagram, TikTok or X to share your listing and reach more buyers.
Works with every major marketplace
Pick where you're selling and the writing style changes to suit it: eBay listing descriptions, Vinted and Depop clothing listings, Facebook Marketplace and Gumtree ads, Etsy product descriptions, Gameflip and other digital marketplaces, Mercari, TikTok Shop, Shopify and WooCommerce product pages, and Amazon-style bullet points.

Selling Assistant FAQ
Is the Selling Assistant free?
Yes. Anyone with a free NexusHub account gets 2 AI listings a week. Nexus Plus members get 20 a day and VIP members get 100 a day. Reopening your saved listings and switching eBay designs is always free.
Can it write eBay listing descriptions and HTML templates?
Yes. It writes an eBay title, subtitle, description, item details and search terms, then turns them into an eBay HTML description template. There are 11 designs to choose from, and every one stays within eBay's rules: no scripts and a maximum width of 700 pixels.
Does it work for Vinted, Depop and Etsy?
Yes. Choose the marketplace before you generate and Nexus AI changes the title length, tone and layout to suit it, from short Vinted and Depop listings to detailed Etsy product descriptions.
Will the AI make things up about my item?
No. Nexus AI is told to use only the facts you give it and what's visible in your photos. It won't call something genuine, rare or brand new unless you said so, and anything it couldn't confirm goes in the Checks tab instead of your listing.
How does the barcode lookup work?
Type the 8 to 14 digit number under the barcode, or scan it with your phone camera in a supported browser. We search free product databases and show you the match to confirm before anything is filled in.
Where are my listings saved?
Every listing you generate is saved to your account. Open the Selling tab in My Nexus to see them as cards and reload any of them into the tool for free.
