Terms of use

NexusHub is a small website run by one person. It's a set of free browser tools — audio and image editors, video downloaders, a music visualizer, QR codes, matched betting calculators and a few other bits.

Most of the tools run entirely on your own device. Nothing is uploaded, nothing is stored, and the files never leave your computer. The video downloaders and the matched betting account are the exceptions, and both are covered below.

Every tool has a free version. Optional Nexus Plus and VIP memberships unlock extra tools and higher limits, and help pay for the site. Some pages may show adverts.

This is the important one, so it's worth being clear.

You may only download content you own, or that you have permission to download. That means your own uploads, your own recordings, your own music, or something the copyright holder has explicitly allowed you to save.

• Your own videos and music, on any platform.
• Content you have written permission from the owner to download.
• Content the owner has released for free use, or that is genuinely in the public domain.

What you must not use these tools for:

• Downloading someone else's videos, films, TV, music or other copyrighted work without their permission.
• Re-uploading, selling, sharing or making money from anything you didn't make.
• Getting around paywalls, subscriptions, DRM, or a platform's own rules.
• Anything that breaks the terms of YouTube, X, Facebook, TikTok or any other site you're taking content from.

By using the downloaders, you're confirming you have the right to download the file you're asking for. That's your call and your responsibility, not ours.

NexusHub doesn't host, store or keep a copy of anything you download. The file is fetched and passed straight to your browser. We don't check what you're downloading and we can't — which is exactly why the responsibility sits with you.

A NexusHub account is free and optional. It saves your work across the site, not just the matched betting tools, and more tools will use it as they're added.

• One account per person. Use your own email address and keep your password to yourself.
• Tell us straight away if you think someone else has got into your account.
• You can download all your data, or delete your account entirely, from My Account at any time.
• Memberships. Nexus Plus and VIP are paid subscriptions handled securely by Stripe. They renew automatically for the billing period you choose until you cancel, and you keep your benefits until the end of the period you’ve paid for. A free trial needs a card, Apple Pay or Google Pay; if you don’t cancel before it ends, it becomes a paid membership. You can cancel anytime from the Memberships page.
• Background Remover. Sign in to use it. Nexus Engine 2 allows 10 removals a month with Free, 50 with Plus, and unlimited with VIP, subject to cooldowns. Nexus Engine 2.1 Boosted includes one monthly Free taster, 10 monthly uses with Plus, or 30 with VIP. Allowances reset on the first of each month in UK time and do not roll over. A failed removal returns its use; a completed removal can count even if you close the page. Both engines use the original picture, and results may need touch-ups. Processing copies are discarded after each request; any temporary image files in the private engine expire after 15 minutes and are checked every minute.
• Accounts that break these terms or put the site at risk may be suspended or removed.

Matched betting hedges both outcomes of an event using bookmaker offers and exchange lays. Done carefully it greatly reduces your exposure to the result, but it isn't risk-free: odds can move, bets can be placed wrongly, and exchange liquidity, commission or offer terms can still cause a loss. NexusHub does not promote gambling, and nothing here is a tip, a prediction or a system.

• Betting accounts are 18+. Bookmakers and exchanges only accept people aged 18 or over, and you must be allowed to bet where you live.
• A guide, not advice. The calculators and tracker are tools. Odds move fast and mistakes happen, so check every number before you place anything.
• We're not a bookmaker. NexusHub doesn't take bets, hold money or give financial advice.
• Follow their rules. Stick to each bookmaker's and exchange's own terms. They can limit or close accounts, and that's between you and them.
• Offers and odds. Welcome Offers, Reload Offers and the Odds Matcher are NexusHub pages built from bookmaker promotions and odds data. Offers and prices can change or end without notice, so always read the bookmaker's own terms. Links to bookmakers and exchanges take you to their sites, which have their own terms.

Common sense, mostly:

• Don't try to break, overload, scrape or hack the site, and don't go poking at other people's accounts.
• Don't use the tools for anything illegal, harmful or abusive.
• Don't pass the tools off as your own or rebuild the site somewhere else.
• Only upload or edit content you own or have permission to use.

The tools are provided as they are, with no promise that they'll always work, always be available, or always be right. We try hard, but this is a free site run by one person in his spare time.

As far as the law allows, NexusHub isn't responsible for any loss that comes from using the tools — including a wrong number, a failed download, lost files, a closed bookmaker account, or the site being down when you needed it.

Nothing here takes away rights you have by law.
