The ground rules for using NexusHub. Plain English, no small print, and short enough to actually read.

The short version

By opening NexusHub and using any of its tools, you're agreeing to everything on this page. That includes the downloaders, the calculators, the tracker and anything else added later.

If there's something here you're not happy with, the answer is simple: don't use the site. There's no account to cancel and nothing to unsubscribe from.

We may update these terms now and then. The date at the top changes when we do, and carrying on using the site after that means you're happy with the new version.

NexusHub is a small website run by one person. It's a set of free browser tools — audio and image editors, video downloaders, a music visualizer, QR codes, matched betting calculators and a few other bits.

Most of the tools run entirely on your own device. Nothing is uploaded, nothing is stored, and the files never leave your computer. The video downloaders and the matched betting account are the exceptions, and both are covered below.

It's free, there are no adverts, and nothing is sold to anyone.

This is the important one, so it's worth being clear.

You may only download content you own, or that you have permission to download. That means your own uploads, your own recordings, your own music, or something the copyright holder has explicitly allowed you to save.

  • Your own videos and music, on any platform.
  • Content you have written permission from the owner to download.
  • Content the owner has released for free use, or that is genuinely in the public domain.

What you must not use these tools for:

  • Downloading someone else's videos, films, TV, music or other copyrighted work without their permission.
  • Re-uploading, selling, sharing or making money from anything you didn't make.
  • Getting around paywalls, subscriptions, DRM, or a platform's own rules.
  • Anything that breaks the terms of YouTube, X, Facebook, TikTok or any other site you're taking content from.

By using the downloaders, you're confirming you have the right to download the file you're asking for. That's your call and your responsibility, not ours.

NexusHub doesn't host, store or keep a copy of anything you download. The file is fetched and passed straight to your browser. We don't check what you're downloading and we can't — which is exactly why the responsibility sits with you.

If you're a copyright holder and something here is being misused, get in touch through the contact page and it'll be dealt with.

A NexusHub account is free and optional. It saves your work across the site, not just the matched betting tools, and more tools will use it as they're added.

  • One account per person. Use your own email address and keep your password to yourself.
  • Tell us straight away if you think someone else has got into your account.
  • You can download all your data, or delete your account entirely, from My Account at any time.
  • Accounts that break these terms or put the site at risk may be suspended or removed.

Matched betting is not gambling. You cover both outcomes of an event, so the result doesn't matter. NexusHub does not promote gambling, and nothing here is a tip, a prediction or a system.

  • Betting accounts are 18+. Bookmakers and exchanges only accept people aged 18 or over, and you must be allowed to bet where you live.
  • A guide, not advice. The calculators and tracker are tools. Odds move fast and mistakes happen, so check every number before you place anything.
  • We're not a bookmaker. NexusHub doesn't take bets, hold money or give financial advice.
  • Follow their rules. Stick to each bookmaker's and exchange's own terms. They can limit or close accounts, and that's between you and them.
  • Other websites. Links such as Welcome Offers, Reload Offers and the Odds Matcher go to other sites with their own terms.
If you choose to gamble, that's your own decision and your own risk. Only use money you can afford to lose, and stop if it stops being fun. Free, confidential help is at BeGambleAware.org.

Common sense, mostly:

  • Don't try to break, overload, scrape or hack the site, and don't go poking at other people's accounts.
  • Don't use the tools for anything illegal, harmful or abusive.
  • Don't pass the tools off as your own or rebuild the site somewhere else.
  • Only upload or edit content you own or have permission to use.

The tools are provided as they are, with no promise that they'll always work, always be available, or always be right. We try hard, but this is a free site run by one person in his spare time.

As far as the law allows, NexusHub isn't responsible for any loss that comes from using the tools — including a wrong number, a failed download, lost files, a closed bookmaker account, or the site being down when you needed it.

Nothing here takes away rights you have by law.

These terms may change as the site grows. The date at the top always shows when they were last updated.

How your data is handled is explained separately in the privacy policy. For anything else, the contact page is the place.

These terms are written to be readable rather than lawyerly. They're not legal advice, and they don't replace the terms of the platforms you download from.
